Reverse Call Service

Get in touch with your contacts every time—even when you have insufficient prepaid balance.

How to Use

• In the dial pad, enter 165 before the contact number you want to call (e.g., 165779XXXX).
• The recipient will hear a voice message: press 1 to accept and pay for the call, or press 2 to reject.
• If the recipient presses 1, they will be charged the normal Golis calling rates.

Whitelist & Blacklist

• Whitelist: Add close family and friends. When these contacts use Reverse Call to reach you, the call connects automatically—no need to press 1.
• Blacklist: Limit who can contact you using Reverse Call. Numbers on the blacklist will hear: “this call cannot be connected at the moment.”

How to Create Whitelist & Blacklist

• Dial *165#
• Choose the relevant menu options
• Enter the contact number

Note: Other contacts cannot see your whitelist or blacklist.

Limits & Notes

• Users can make a maximum of 30 Reverse Calls per day.
